&lt;p&gt;If you see this message means, you are trying to install &lt;strong&gt;Expert Explorer&lt;/strong&gt; (aka Quickstart) package through Joomla! installer. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Expert Explorer is a &lt;strong&gt;Joomla Quickstart&lt;/strong&gt; package and you can't install it inside an existing Joomla! setup. You have to install it like the way you install Joomla. &lt;p&gt;If you want to have the same look as our demo then you have to install &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Template’s Expert Explorer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; pack because it is a &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Joomla quickstart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; pack and it holds sample data. Each Expose powered template relies on the Expose framework to provide the underlying base and extensive functionality that enables the creation of such powerful sites. To make the update and deployment of framework as easy as possible we've seperated the library from template.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Framework bundle&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Framework bundle consist of 2 files:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Framework library :&lt;/strong&gt; This is the main framework library file works as a engine for Expose based template.
&lt;strong&gt;Framework plugin :&lt;/strong&gt; This is the system plugin file load mega menu parameters in Joomla backend and provide the mega menu functionality.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Installation&lt;/h2&gt;
